Finding connection. Building confidence. Being yourself.
Making friends and feeling comfortable with others isn’t always easy. At Aspen Network, our Social Skills Group offers young adults a welcoming place to connect with peers who understand many of their experiences and challenges.
Our Thursday evening group encourages conversation, shared experiences, humor, and honest discussion about the challenges of relationships and everyday life.
With guidance from experienced staff, participants explore communication, friendships, social expectations, and the sometimes confusing world of human relationships.
This isn’t a classroom. It’s a place to practice, experiment, make mistakes, laugh, and discover that connecting with others can be enjoyable.
Our goal is to help young adults develop greater confidence, meaningful relationships, and a stronger sense of belonging.
